Höpler 2004 Rosenberg Pinot Noir (Burgenland)

Somewhat rustic initially, then shows very pure red cherry flavors along with fresh acidity. The structure is light and fresh rather than tannic, leaning towards sweetness and ripeness. Not a wine for aging, but enjoyable now. Roger Voss
