This comes from the producer's own estate and from its top blocks of old vines. Spiced, it's also herbal in cedar and sandalwood, in addition to black licorice. Thick and spicy, it has enough acidity to brighten denser pockets of blackberry and black cherry. It shows plenty of structure for long-term enjoyment.
