Hubert Weber 2007 Cellar Selection Cabernet Sauvignon (Mendoza)

This aged Cabernet is mild, mellow and earthy on the nose, with aromas of tobacco and baked berry fruits. Acidity is pronounced on the palate; after that there's a mix of spice, cherry and cassis flavors. Loud acidity on the finish freshens things up while creating citric scour. Drink now.
