Huett 2017 Croft Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc (Willamette Valley)

This half-stainless- and half-neutral-oak-fermented wine takes a gentle approach to this variety. The natural acidity and herbaceousness of Sauvignon Blanc is softened here with 10 g/L of residual sugar. The wine is round and fruity, with a mix of preserved lemon, white peach and pineapple.
