Made from equal parts Trebbiano and Sémillon and aged in oak, this is a gorgeous white wine, with a heady fragrance of yellow flowers, cut grass and honey. The palate offers layers of creamy lemon pastry, apple, banana and a hint of spice. The well-integrated oak gives complexity while the crisp finish makes it so drinkable.
