Il Cocco 2007 Rosso di Montalcino

Here is a very impressive Rosso di Montalcino with thick, rich concentration and pretty aromas of black fruit, spice and cola. This is more than a “baby Brunello” as Rosso di Montalcino is sometimes called: it's a rich, steady wine that holds its own against some of the better wines of the region. The tannins are tight and firm.
