Wonderfully ripe notions of juicy, yellow pear rise from the glass. The same fruity freshness is joined on the palate by a good pinch of white pepper. While this is fresh and linear, it has a pleasant midpalate weight and a rounded, fruity appeal with real depth and peppery, citrussy echoes.
