Ingrid Groiss 2018 In der Schablau Grüner Veltliner (Weinviertel)

A very shy nose leads to an equally shy palate where some pleasant, pithy bitterness appears first. The palate is fluid, flowing, almost light but comes with that textural notion of yeast that adds a lovely saltiness. The finish is dry and even more pithy. Anne Krebiehl MW
