There's incredible depth of both flavor and texture in this golden icewine from Inniskillin. Initially, it's rich and creamy on the tongue with notes of honey, waxy florals and apple. Then, bright flashes of acidity bring forth tones of tangerine and Meyer lemon. Long and languorous on the finish, it's a gorgeous wine all around.
