Iota Cellars 2017 Phyllis Rosé of Pinot Noir (Eola-Amity Hills)

This lightly toasty rosé has a taste of crackers, with light red berry fruit and tart citrus as well. Put through full malolactic fermentation and aged in neutral barrels, at two years of age it's a wine to drink up by year's end. Paul Gregutt
