Pretty similar to Iron Horse's Corral bottling, maybe a tad higher in acidity and firmer in structure, but that's splitting hairs. Again, those refreshing flavors of tart green apples sprinkled with white pepper, with an edge of grass and herbs. Its angularity suggests but does not demand aging.
