Made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, then aged three years, this wine offers a copper-pink color followed by dry, firm acidity and highlights of cherry, cassis and grapefruit zest. A gentle nudge of nutmeg closes in on the finish, giving the wine a salty air and complex ending.
