Ironstone 2003 Reserve Chardonnay (Sierra Foothills)

All the bells and whistles have been applied to this elaborately crafted wine. There's lots of oak, and the mouthfeel is smooth and creamy, offset by crisp acids. There could be more fruit intensity, though.
