Initial aromas are subtle on the nose of this wine. Lemon, lime, white stone fruits and lily of the valley are enveloped in a fresh mountain-air aura. The palate opens to a richer, fuller expression, layering on ripe yellow peach and apricot, milk and cream. It also conveys a hint of hazelnut and back-breath of cardamom, nutmeg and clove. The wine's full mouthfeel is well balanced by the acidity, which uplifts the fresher fruit components. Stacy Briscoe
