J.C. Somers 2020 Whole Lotta Rosé (Columbia Gorge (OR))

Editors' Choice

This pale copper, single (Garnier) vineyard rosé blends Syrah, Grenache and Tempranillo in a most charming manner. The flavors coalesce around melon, apple and pear, with a nicely focused midpalate. The acidity is ample but not overpowering, and the finish lingers well past expectations. Paul Gregutt
