J. Craw 2017 Menefee Vineyard Pinot Noir (Yamhill-Carlton)

The color, scent and overall flavors here reflect a wine that seems far older than its vintage date. That said, it's like drinking a well-cellared bottle from about 2011. Secondary fruit flavors of baked berries and cherries, along with complex components of pastry, make this a pleasure at the moment. How much life is ahead is hard to know, so drink soon.
