Smells great, with floral aromas that include violet petal, ripe berry fruit and light oak shadings. The palate is rip-city fresh, with sheering acidity propping up tight red-fruit flavors. On the back end there's an equal mix of raspberry afternotes and coffee. Very nice and not overoaked, but a touch lean and racy.
