A heavier, fuller more complex style of Sauvignon, reflected in the high price tag. The nose offers ripe pineapple, passion fruit and touches of green bean and canned peas. In the mouth, there's more of that varietal, green character resulting in fresh lettuce flavors to complement more standard tropical fruit. Drink as soon as possible; it's not getting any fresher or more interesting.
