J. Keverson 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon (Dry Creek Valley)

A fine Cabernet, more elegant than many more rustic Cabs that come out of this hot, interior Sonoma County valley. The wine is fully dry, but the blackberry fruit is sweetly strong and spicy, and the tannins are wonderfully fine. Drink over the next five years.
