J Vineyards & Winery 2008 Pinot Noir (Sonoma Coast)

Defines a coastal style of ripe full bodiedness and bold fruit, although there's a certain generic quality. Offers masses of cherry and blueberry pie, root beer, orange zest, red licorice and pie spices, with a lovely overlay of sweet, smoky oak. Yet could offer a little more individuality and identity. Drink now.
