Seemingly fully mature, this still shows a dark, saturated color, but the flavors are moving from sour plum fruit to more meaty, savory flavors with plenty of pepper and spice. Some chewy tannins remain, but as the clock is ticking on the fruit, this would be better consumed in the short term. Imported by Pernod Ricard, USA. Joe Czerwinski
