Jacquart NV Brut Mosaïque Rosé (Champagne)

Pale for a rosé, but you can pick up a trace of black cherry in the aroma, along with the usual baked bread and squeeze of lime. The baked flavor and texture persist in the mouth. It's almost like burnt toast, and the finish is very dry and bitter. An eccentric wine for sure.
