Jaillance NV Cuvée Impériale (Clairette de Die Méthode Dioise Ancestrale)

This curiousity is a Rhîone Valley wine made from Muscat grapes, not too dissimilar from Moscato d'Asti, but fully sparkling. As a result, it has flowery, tropical fruit aromas and flavors, and a touch of sweetness on a relatively light-bodied frame. Joe Czerwinski
