Jané Ventura is known for its sparkling cavas, but this table wine from Xarello, Muscat and the obscure Subirat Parent grape is appealing because it doesn't bite off more than it can chew. There's no oak so what you get is lean, tranparent lemon and lime flavors and a ready mouthfeel. Interesting but not for everyone.
