This blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir spends four years on lees, resulting in a richer, more complex wine than Jansz's nonvintage cuveé. A nose of apple and pear skins marries with soft honey, toast and floral notes. The palate is chalky in texture, with vibrant bubbles, yeasty honey-flecked apple fruit and a lengthy finish.
