A great lineup of vineyards—sort of a who's who in Washington—contributes to this excellent Cabernet. Champoux, Klipsun, Red Mountain, Seven Hills and Ciel du Cheval are all in the blend, which is 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot. Deep, concentrated and tannic, it mixes dense and earthy black fruit with barrel notes of smoke and char. Full-bodied, seamless and long.
