Jean-Baptiste Adam 2004 Réserve Tokay Pinot Gris (Alsace)

This was the first vintage in which the Adam vineyards were operated biodynamically. The fruit certainly is intense and very clean, with flavors of toast and spice and aromas of white flowers. There is some residual sugar, leaving a soft, rich aftertaste. Imported by Chapin Cellars. Roger Voss
