Jean-Baptiste Adam 2013 Wineck-Schlossberg Grand Cru Riesling (Alsace)

Pure notes of tart but ripe, red apple shine on nose and palate. They pervade this fresh, clean and dry wine with immense, appetizing juiciness. There is concentration and joy at the heart, backed by focussed, taut acidity that brightens everything. The lemon zest on the finish is impressive and long. Anne Krebiehl MW
