Jean Durée V.S. Fine Cognac

First inhalations discover plump, slightly spiced aromas; after aeration mild scents of resin, marshmallow and soft cheese emerge. Palate entry is sweet, fruity and lean; at midpalate the taste profile turns a tad hot and acidic, losing its fresh, fruity early characteristics. Has some good points early on that disappear in the aftertaste. P.P.
