Jean-Luc Aegerter 2017 Grand Cru (Clos de la Roche)

Even after swirling, the nose of this wine only shows a flicker of coffee. That note subsides on the palate where tart, red cherry creates a lovely crunch, created by the fine, firm but juicy tannins. Vivid freshness highlights the purity of the fruit and emphasizes the structure once again. Anne Krebiehl MW
