Jean-Marc XO Vodka

The first inhalations find traces of caraway seed and unprocessed cotton fabric; aeration stimulates atypically odd aromas of unsweetened, shredded coconut meat, plastic seat cover, citrus rind and pine. The palate entry is pleasantly bittersweet, ashy and coconut-like, then at midpalate the coconut fades, leaving behind tastes of ash, soot, charcoal, beeswax and oil. P.P.
