This wine can stand a few more years in bottle to truly reveal itself but for now, it's full-bodied yet supple and silky, with raspberry, cola and earthy spice notes throughout. Only 270 cases made of this biodynamic Pinot Noir, all Dijon clone, a fine representation of what Mendocino can do with Pinot outside of the Anderson Valley.
