This is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 44% Merlot and 6% Cab Franc. Made in a full-throttle, high-alcohol mode, with thick, spicy, tannic flavors. There's nothing subtle here, but it's certainly big, with bold flavors of blackberry jam, toast, white chocolate and white pepper.
