Pure Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon fruit brings sexy flavors of wild berry and cassis. This vintage has bright acids and fairly tamed tannins, and the fruit pops out with lovely cherry flavors. Maybe not as concentrated as some past vintages, but beautifully proportioned, accessible and still ageworthy over the medium term.
