Penetrating flavors of preserved peach and honey are nuanced by layers of saffron, pollen and high-toned acidity in this sun-kissed auslese. It's delicate in body, yet concentrated in flavor and ripples of sweet nectar seem to amble endlessly on the finish. Gorgeous now, but should develop well for decades to come.
