With its hints of honey on the nose and a rich, slightly viscous mouthfeel, it's immediately apparent that this is an ambitious effort. Melon and peach flavors are hung on a spine of black pepper, ending in a long, mouthwatering finish. It's dry, but lusciously ripe-tasting.
