While the nose suggests ripe tangerines and blossoms edged by hints of smoke and slate, the palate of this dry Riesling turns surprisingly austere. Light on its feet with a lean, razor-edged precision, it's angularity and steeliness are refreshing and revitalizing. The finish is marked by lingering lime pith and herbal tones.
