Johannes Leitz is rightfully proud of his 2002s. This is his entry-level wine, and it's gorgeous, with a touch of sweetness and slightly rounder acidity than last year's version (which, incidentally, is still going strong). It boasts copious apple, red berry and citrus flavors and a forceful, lingering finish. Sinfully easy to drink. Joe Czerwinski
