Joseph Cattin 2014 Hatschbourg Grand Cru Pinot Gris (Alsace)

The nose is subdued but opens into juicy ripe pear fruit with a gentle, balanced sweetness. The body is pliable and fluid, unobtrusive and balmy, yet serious. It achieves a wonderful balance with an off-dry finish. Anne Krebiehl MW
