Joseph Cattin 2021 Pinot Gris (Alsace)

A strong aroma of buttery, charred brioche toast races out of the glass and matches the wine's rich golden hue, with just a hint of pear blossom for charm. But on the palate, this wine is very linear. It's got a creamy, mouthfilling mousse bolstered by bright notes of Granny Smith apples. The long finish offers a soothing, creamy sensation that would make this wine a good pick for serving alongside spicy dishes. Layla Schlack
