An unexpected combination of white grapefruit, apple seed, honeysuckle and grass makes up the nose of this wine. A sweet, fizzy palate has some serious salinity to it, which, along with the acidity, cuts through the residual sugar. The finish is slightly bitter and smoky, with all of its floral and fruit notes left behind. Layla Schlack
