Joseph Drouhin 2001 Puligny-Montrachet

The nose is a little shy, showing only hints of honey, cream and toast. The wine becomes more assertive on the palate, adding layers of apple, pear and citrus, and gradually showing ample richness and depth. Finishes with hints of lemon and toast. Joe Czerwinski
