Joseph Fritsch 2014 Schlossberg Grand Cru Riesling (Alsace)

Unusual rose petal perfume hovers above the apple-scented nose. The palate is dry but textured and open, broad but fluid and poised. There is a seam of taut, bright and pure lemon acidity that frames everything neatly and which makes this totally appetizing and moreish in all its fruitfulness. Anne Krebiehl MW
