Aromas of plum, red berries, meat juices, subtle oak and balsamic notes lead the nose. The dense palate offers sweet black plum, crushed black cherry and bitter prune accented with chocolate, licorice and cake spices. Tightly woven but refined tannins and fresh acidity give support. Drink after 2018.
