Josmeyer 2017 Le Fromenteau Pinot Gris (Alsace)

A hint of dried pear is slight but pure on the nose of this wine. The palate comes in with spirited dryness, freshness, linear concentration and elegance. On the finish, a richer, almost buttery note rounds things out. This classy wine should be long-lived. Drink by 2030. Anne Krebiehl MW
