Herbaceous aromas are balanced against a strong core of black fruit and berries. A touch of anise and roasted espresso beans add intrigue to the bouquet, while accents of licorice sticks, clove and whole black peppercorns carry the finish. A very well balanced wine with solid weight and appropriate medium grain tannins.
