Aged in wood, this is a smoothly ripe wine, the Pinot Noir red fruit flavors rounded with soft vanilla, spice and balancing tannins. The acidity is already showing that this wine is developing well, giving a rich, sweet character. It has great style and will age over 3-4 years.
