Jurtschitsch 2004 Tanzer Reserve Zweigelt (Kamptal)

This very spicy, new wood dominated wine, tastes initially only of toast. It's hard to find the fruit, but underneath all that wood is a lively, berry fruited wine waiting to get out. The acidity is the key—and this wine needs 2 years. Roger Voss
