Jurtschitsch 2018 Ried Heiligenstein Riesling (Kamptal)

Flinty reduction on the nose mingles with hints of peach and subtle lemon. The palate is concentrated and puts its main focus on its zesty, tangerine-flavored contours that corral ripe, generous and juicy Mirabelle plum. There is energy and drive, and a certain warmth seems to break through, but it always remains framed in tangy tangerine zestiness. The finish is dry and utterly refreshing. Wonderful. Drink 2025–2045. Anne Krebiehl MW
