Justin 2009 Sauvignon Blanc (Paso Robles)

Editors' Choice

Aims for the New Zealand style, and largely gets it right. It's a bone-dry, acidic wine, with a steely minerality and flavors of tart citrus fruits, like lemons, limes and grapefruits. This minimalist approach is sorely welcome in the lineup of California whites.
